TIG designed and developed a cutting-edge website for Channel Socket, optimising it for SEO and enhancing its content through copywriting and creation. We integrated CRO for a seamless shopping cart experience, including dynamic discount codes that increase savings with larger purchases. Additionally, we implemented a multilingual interface to cater to a global audience offering a comprehensive and user friendly experience for all customers.

Working within the steel modular channel systems industry in the 1980’s, the inventor noticed there was a common challenge – the absence of an ideal tool to accelerate and enhance the quality of channel fixing.
With firsthand knowledge of the challenges faced by professionals in the field, in 1992 he crafted, refined and patented a solution that would revolutionise channel fixing. Enter the Channel Socket.

Channel Socket wanted a modern website that boasted the products they have on offer, whilst creating a seamless user experience for the customers. Our graphic design team built design concepts that were approved and we were able to begin the website build and development work.
Once the design concepts were approved and the website was being built, we made sure each page was SEO friendly to boost their visibility in search engines. We did this through various SEO methods, such as: keyword research, metadata implementation, appropriate hierarchy of headings, backlinks, UX friendly, and content and copywriting.
